Hello I'm 19 as of last Monday and currently on holiday from university. I am preparing to start my second year studying history in October - well I say preparing but obviously am doing nothing of the sort, in fact, making myself a livejournal account was higher on my list of priorities than reading 'Penry' (what kind of name is Penry anyway?) Williams "The Later Tudors" which was the first book on the list and the only one I've started - and my interests are history (not the Tudors), making and drinking cocktails, opera and reading. I can't think of my most favouritest books right now.. but I am a big fan of the Sherlock Holmes series and most things by 19th century French authors. The most recent book I read that made an impression on me was the excellent "The Kite Runner" by Khaled Hosseini. The most recent book I in fact read (a few pages of) was "Our Story" by Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, which again reflects just how keen I am to start the advanced reading for next term. I have a younger sister, which explains the presence of the book in the house.
